Edgewood,MD race results

Sees Racing competed in the South-Eastern Divisional Championships in Edgewood,MD this past weekend. Sat. was great weather for racing,Sunday was not,we got blown out by the wind.
Sat. saw Chloe running in ASH for the Championship.
In heat 1 she nailed the start and finished first.
In heat 2 she was a second late on the start and had to try to catch the leader,she did not,finished 2nd.
Chloe and the other heat winner had both got a first and a 2nd.,so it came down to the laptops to declare a winner on time.
After a short delay Chloe was unofficially declared the winner on time.
About 2 or 3 hrs. after the race the official scorer reversed the order of finish,Chloe was now 2nd.,seems they had tabulated the time incorrectly,she lost by .006 of a second.
In ASR she finished a solid 4th.
On to Franklin,Pa for our next race on May 26/27

Congratulations to Team Sees Racing. When the decision for 1st place takes 3 hours to decide and the time is only 6 thousandths of a second difference, I'd say that a second place trophy is something to be very proud of. Chloe and Joe, you guys are great and we are proud to help sponsor you. Good luck in all you do!
