This link is to their sitemap. They have many online parts manuals for a lot of motors. You can't get to many of them from their home page. If you click on the letter of what particular motor you're looking for them scroll down to that particular model. Example: Mark 78. click on "m" for Mark. Then scroll down and click on the correct model.

My family has been in the marine business for 60 years now (a Mercury dealer for more than 50 of them).  We have been building our site, and we have many new old stock, new, and used Mercury parts and accessories.  Some OMC, boat, trailer, and general parts and accessories as well.  However, if you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us, as we are still trying to add our numerous items from time to time, and have sources for a great many more.

Thank You,
Joe

It's a good feeling turning a pile of rusty metal and grease into a work of art.

I have gotten several things from Art. He is a good guy and makes castings for little fuel connector plugcap for the mark15 and mark20 that is always missing.
Anything can be fixed with enough time and effort.

Here is a link to a parts dealer who carries a lot of NOS parts. Many of these parts were purchased from dealers that closed. They have parts breakdowns on- line but not for the older Mercs. (Pre 70's) However, their older model parts inventory is quite extensive including obscure No Longer Available parts like gears, shafts, bearings, housings and covers. You will have to search their inventory with a part number.

UPDATE: http://www.marineengine.com now has all older motor diagrams online!!

Here is a link to a site for repair manuals for download or on CD.

I have found a new supplier of hard to find parts for old Mercs. They specialize in ignition and carburetion. Lots of carb kits for Tillotson.
Reasonable prices. Example: kit #DI-20467 AJ series Tillotson $29.95 ea. Kit includes all gaskets including flange gasket and needle and seat.
Bendix Scintilla Pt. # 399-756 coils $69.95 in stock.
Shipping is reasonable.
