That's a beautiful hydro Michael. Very well done. The finish looks like its a foot deep. Do you have any more pics of it to share?

DSC04212 (2).JPG

Last year I submitted a model boat photo....this is a different model.

The real boat is 11 feet,  and this one is 17 inches.

The 1961 Merc 400 on a '59 Inland Boat Works Style Master Honduran Mahogany.  This is the best shot I have on hand and with the motor torn down right now...anything current just won't be impressive, ha!

1960 Merc 100 on a 1951 AlumaCraft Model F.  Boat and motor came together and except for a new water pump and spark plugs, are both in unrestored original condition!
I took this picture a week ago, 9/8/2021, on Keuka Lake, NY.  8-)

1959 Mark 58ae
My father bought this in 59 and gave it to me in 79.
It has extremely low hours to be 62 years old.
Last year I, rebuilt the carburetors, replaced fuel lines,
replaced coil,points,condenser,timing belt, impeller.
I also painted it and top it off with a new decal.

Thanks for looking.

If this was my photo - I'd have it framed 3x2 and mount it above our fireplace, to my wife's unending horror, haha!
